Welcome to Chill Out Ride! By using our mobile application, website, and ride-hailing services
(collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms
and conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.

Chill Out Ride connects passengers with independent drivers for transportation services. We do
not provide transportation services directly, and all drivers are independent contractors, not
employees of Chill Out Ride.
1. Request a ride through the Chill Out Ride mobile app.
2. A driver accepts your request and arrives at your pickup location.
3. You ride to your destination and pay through the app.
Chill Out Ride does not guarantee availability of rides or specific pricing and is not responsible
for the conduct of independent drivers or passengers.
3.1 Fare Charges
✔ Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
✔ Additional charges may apply, including tolls, surcharges, and cleaning fees if necessary.
✔ Payments are processed automatically through the payment method linked to your account.
✔ If you cancel a ride after a driver has accepted, a cancellation fee may apply.
✔ If a driver cancels on you, no fee will be charged, and we will attempt to find another driver.
✔ Treat drivers and other passengers with respect.
✔ Avoid engaging in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
✔ Use seat belts and comply with all local transportation laws.
✔ Avoid bringing prohibited items (e.g., weapons, drugs, hazardous materials) into the vehicle.
Chill Out Ride reserves the right to susp
✔ Chill Out Ride is a technology platform, not a transportation provider.
✔ We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or theft occurring during rides.
✔ We do not guarantee the safety, reliability, or timeliness of any driver.
✔ Any disputes between passengers and drivers must be resolved directly.
✔ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
✔ Do not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
✔ We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
✔ Chill Out Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for
violations of this Agreement.
✔ We may update or modify these terms, and continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance
of any changes.
✔ Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration
rather than in court.
