1. Verify the Car Type & Color
Double-check that the vehicle’s make, model, and color match what’s shown in your app.

2. Confirm the License Plate
Look closely at the plate — it should match exactly with what’s listed in your booking.

3. Match the Driver’s Photo
Make sure the person behind the wheel matches the driver photo you see in the app.

4. Ask for Your Name
Before entering the car, politely ask the driver, “Who are you here to pick up?” It’s a simple way to stay safe.
